The Opportunity: This role will work closely with the Vice President and Director of FP&A to analyze results and plan for the growth of our business. The FP&A Associate will provide insight and intelligence on current financials and profitability, short- and long-term planning, and strategic projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position
  • BA/BS, or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Knowledge and experience with financial reports, financial statements, general ledger and budgeting
  • Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with sophisticated financial models
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with financial reporting, financial planning, and business intelligence software

Responsibilities

  • Update quarterly calculations of carried interest, investments, management fees, and expenses
  • Work with the Vice President of FP&A on developing and tracking annual budgets
  • Maintain firmwide revenue forecasts working with sales, investments, and leadership to update throughout the year
  • Support external reporting to debtholders and rating agencies
  • Assist Investor Relations and CFO with analysis and preparation for quarterly earnings calls
  • Maintain detailed analysis of the drivers of firm’s profitability developing recommendations on resource allocation
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses, CBAs, and forecasts to support the growth of the business
