This role involves providing product development from concept to commercialization. The Associate Food Technologist will assist in planning and executing product concept demonstrations for existing and potential new customers. They will actively participate in the design and physical production of bench samples that accurately mimic production line capabilities. Additionally, the role supports continuous cost reduction of existing products while protecting or enhancing the organoleptic quality of products. The position requires utilizing statistics to define physical parameters of developed products, accurate data entry, and file maintenance. Physical assistance in production line tests, commercialization of new products, and continuous improvement efforts on the production floor is also expected. Other relevant duties and projects will be assigned.
