About The Position

The Associate Flex Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, assist in the growth and performance of the store by maximizing revenue and occupancy, and develop a working knowledge of the Self-Storage industry and company-specific products. This role involves handling customer sales, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner, and marketing the store through customer referrals, local businesses, and community involvement. The Associate Flex Manager will also maintain the physical condition of the property in conjunction with Maintenance Personnel. This position requires travel to multiple locations within the Robinson and surrounding areas, from Washington to Seven Fields.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales or management experience
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Expert problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a valid Drivers License and willing to travel within to multiple locations within the area
