About The Position

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the group with the Daily Reserve Computation under SEC Rule 15c3‑3 and the Monthly Net Capital Reporting under SEC Rule 15c3‑1. The role will also support key daily responsibilities, including monitoring critical balance movements, performing reconciliations, and ensuring data completeness and accuracy across regulatory reporting workflows. The analyst will work closely with internal teams to research and resolve exceptions, maintain process documentation, and contribute to ongoing enhancements that strengthen reporting controls and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
• Advanced experience with various software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Objects)
• Demonstrated aptitude for building financial models for complex processes
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with business partners at varying levels of the organization
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven organization with a desire to drive projects to completion
• Flexible, self-motivated individual that will bring energy, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity to the role
• Excellent problem-solving skills; prioritizing work, breaking down issues, taking an end-to-end view, and proposing alternative solution
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple detailed processes in a time sensitive environment
