As the Associate Finance Manager, Factory Finance SWAT, you will become a crucial member of our Supply Chain Finance team in driving financial performance and operational excellence across our North American Foods sourcing units. This role will be based out of Chicago, IL and may require an element of travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience across Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, or commercial finance; CPG experience preferred
  • Experience with SAP or other related ERP systems to drive supply chain finance solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect complex data, identify root causes, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Self-motivated and proactive with strong initiative, and a track record of diving into results
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while adapting to changing business needs

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Industrial Finance Lead to provide financial oversight and business partnering across the North America Foods network, ensuring delivery against key cost, savings, and performance targets
  • Lead the consolidation of monthly results across all sourcing units, translating data into actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Drive the networks annual planning process, shaping financial targets and identifying opportunities to improve cost, waste, and operational performance.
  • Support high impact CAPEX investments and sourcing strategy decisions through robust business case development, financial modeling, and strategic analysis.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sourcing units, driving strong financial controls, governance, and process discipline while identifying opportunities to simplify and improve ways of working across the network
  • Own key financial budgets, including FAR2, ensuring strong financial control and clear communication with the engineering and other support teams
  • Develop executive-ready performance reporting and presentations, highlighting key trends, risks, opportunities and recommended actions for senior leaders
