About The Position

The Associate Field Service Representative supports a designated service territory by repairing and delivering Stryker equipment, with a focus on Transport solutions. Products include stretchers, transport chairs, bed frames, and temperature management systems. The position offers an opportunity to gain experience and advance into a more senior ProCare role within Stryker. It is field-based and involves 30% travel.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 21 years of age to meet driving requirements.
• Valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle while abiding by company policy.
• Willingness and ability to work an extended work week, including nights and weekends at times.
• Basic electronic and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to move, set up, and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 75 pounds, including lifting 75–80 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to perform physical activities that may include prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and crawling.
• Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movement; ability to grasp by hand; and cognitive abilities including visual and auditory discrimination, memory, reading, and memory retention.

Responsibilities

• Perform required quality control checks and preventative maintenance, global hold repairs, and wireless upgrades.
• Use computer software to complete documentation, order parts, and reference training materials.
• Provide excellent customer etiquette in support of the sales team.
• Promote equipment and service usage by establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships.
• Work mostly independently and collaborate with teammates across the business, including supporting Field Service projects and initiatives.
• Maintain Field Service metrics, including hours and overtime accountability, inventory accuracy, and documentation cadence.
• Repair and deliver Stryker Transport equipment.
