About The Position

Boeing's Facilities Management organization is seeking Associate Facilities Analysts to join their East Maintenance team in Ridley Park, PA. This role supports mission-critical government programs and requires an individual who can work independently, utilize superior customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced, agile environment. The analyst will collaborate with various teams to gather data, identify issues and solutions, and facilitate communication. This position primarily supports a second shift, but assignments may vary based on operational needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
  • Experience with Facilities Operations or Facilities Management
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Experience using SharePoint

Responsibilities

  • Align employee start dates with training schedules and onboarding plans.
  • Lead onboarding training for new custodians (classroom and hands-on), including processes, standards, safety procedures, and site expectations.
  • Ensure all employees understand and adhere to Philadelphia site service standards.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and partner with the NW training team for bi-annual improvements.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of custodial roles, responsibilities, and execution methods.
  • Conduct field assessments and inspections; provide direct feedback and coaching.
  • Support other analysts as needed based on operational priorities.
  • Train employees on systems such as Corrigo and Tech Hub (staging environment).
  • Review custodial KPIs weekly and identify performance gaps with leadership.
  • Maintain and standardize all Philadelphia custodial documentation and records.
  • Coordinate staffing activities with BDS staffing liaison (onboarding/offboarding program employees).
  • Manage user access and profiles within Corrigo in coordination with NW analysts.
  • Provide daily Corrigo system support: Job plan execution, coverage planning, complete assignments, work order triage.
  • Manage inventory and distribution of mobile devices for Corrigo use.
  • Provide operational support to Facilities Leadership and Custodial teams.
  • Promote and lead with a strong safety-first mindset.
  • Participate in safety training and monthly safety meetings.
  • Ensure new employees understand their safety responsibilities.
  • Identify and implement solutions to reduce risk and improve workplace safety.
  • Report and track all safety incidents in compliance with company standards.
