This position is with the GoodLife Kids Foundation and not a role with GoodLife Fitness. The MOVE by GoodLife Kids is a FREE fitness and physical activity Program for youth ages 12 – 21 years with autism and intellectual disabilities. MOVE Classes incorporate exercise circuits, opportunities to connect with other participants, dancing, and mindfulness activities. Classes are delivered by MOVE Coaches and MOVE Agents. MOVE Coaches are fitness professionals with training and experience in working with people with autism and intellectual disabilities. MOVE Support Agents support Virtual MOVE Classes and assist with technology, admittance from Zoom waiting room, muting/unmuting participants, and playing music and videos. Both MOVE Coaches and MOVE Support Agents report to a MOVE Associate Experience Supervisor. This role is responsible for supervising and engaging a team of Coaches and Support Agents for the MOVE by GoodLife Kids Program. This leadership role oversees the daily operations of select MOVE Classes, ensuring both Participants and Associates have a meaningful experience consistent with the structures of the MOVE by GoodLife Kids Program. This role assists with identifying the program's needs, supporting class plan development, training and retention of Associates, and supporting the MOVE Family experience. This is a full time (37.5 hours) remote position with the opportunity to travel on site to classes on occasion.
