As an Associate Executive Director, you support overall community operations while developing into an Executive Director, driving performance across care, sales, financials and team leadership.

Requirements

Prior leadership experience (senior living preferred)
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Administrator license as required
Experience in operations, team leadership and performance management
Strong financial, sales and customer service acumen
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, leadership and decision-making skills
Passion for serving seniors and developing into an Executive Director

Responsibilities

Support full community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance
Assume Executive Director responsibilities and overall community leadership during ED absence
Partner with the ED to drive occupancy, revenue growth and operational excellence
Lead recruiting, hiring, coaching and performance management of team members
Support budget management, expense control and financial performance
Drive resident and family engagement, satisfaction and service recovery
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards
Participate in sales efforts, move-ins and community outreach initiatives
Lead meetings, communicate priorities and align department leaders
