A Safety & Environmental Engineer is an individual contributor responsible for applying knowledge of safety, industrial hygiene, environmental, science, and mathematics to identify, analyze, and resolve safety and environmental issues. This role involves understanding Safety & Environmental regulations and procedures, industrial hygiene monitoring methods and equipment, basic safety management practices, Federal and State hazardous waste management requirements, air pollution abatement, wastewater treatment, and chemicals/gases used in semiconductor processes. The engineer will establish effective working relationships with colleagues and other site employees.
