About The Position

TKO Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Associate Enterprise AI Solutions professional to build a verified core of AI agents, skills, and Glean projects that encode how TKO actually works. This role is a hands-on build seat responsible for understanding actual workflows, identifying commonalities across business units, and building reusable AI capabilities. The focus is on creating a foundational set of AI assets that other teams can adopt and extend, rather than servicing individual agent requests or acting as a help desk. The ideal candidate is a builder who can personally develop and ship AI agents, design effective prompts, diagnose failures, and conduct rigorous evaluations. This role requires strong judgment in working across autonomous business units to identify and build common capabilities, and a focus on creating reusable, supported assets rather than a high volume of individual builds. The goal is to empower business units to build their own agents competently through a pattern library, training, and self-serve resources.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable portfolio of AI agents, assistants, or automations personally built and shipped into production use by other people.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze a real business workflow and translate it into a technical solution, understanding how work is actually done and identifying what should be automated.
  • Deep hands-on fluency with at least one enterprise AI platform (e.g., Glean, Copilot, Claude, Agentforce), including prompt and instruction design, retrieval and permissions behavior, and tool and action wiring.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and run evaluations: building test sets from real user intents, defining success criteria, and measuring fallback and error rates.
  • Ability to diagnose agent failure at the platform level and distinguish between retrieval, permissions, instruction, source-coverage, and intent-scope causes.
  • Experience teaching others to build (training, enablement sessions, office hours, or a documented pattern library).
  • Demonstrated judgment working across autonomous business units: finding common capabilities, building once and reusing, and holding a defensible 'no'.
  • Evidence of building reusable supported capability rather than volume (shared components, templates, or platform assets).
  • Based in the United States and able to work a full East Coast business day.

Nice To Haves

  • Track record owning adoption and usage outcomes for an enterprise tool, with measurable behavior change.
  • Business analysis, process mapping, or solutions consulting background applied to technical delivery.
  • Experience running a demand intake and prioritization mechanism as a published process across multiple business units.
  • Experience standing up governance for AI systems (lifecycle gates, testing, guardrails, approval, retirement).
  • Program management discipline (cadence design, action and risk logs, readiness gates).
  • Experience working alongside a strategic vendor relationship, including scope allocation and roadmap influence.
  • Enablement or change management background, including champion networks and self-serve build programs.
  • Experience in a multi-brand or federated operating environment where business units have genuine autonomy.
  • Media, sports, entertainment, or live events exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Personally build and ship verified cross-functional AI artifacts (agents, skills, Glean projects) that encode workflows shared across business units or corporate functions.
  • Own the AI artifacts as products, ensuring they have absorbing owners in receiving teams, a feedback cadence, a stated scope, and an update path.
  • Establish and maintain the definition of 'verified' for AI artifacts at TKO, ensuring they are tested, documented, owned, monitored, and safe for others to build upon.
  • Define and uphold the quality bar for AI agent launches, including coverage of top user intents, out-of-scope handling, human handoff paths, and success measures.
  • Design and run evaluations for every agent, using test sets, success criteria, and measured fallback/error rates as launch gates.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews for all AI agents, making decisions on low-adoption agents (iterate, retire, or re-promote).
  • Diagnose and fix platform-level failures, escalating genuine product gaps with reproducible cases.
  • Go into actual workflows across TKO's business units (WWE, UFC, IMG, PBR, On Location, Corporate) to understand how work is genuinely done.
  • Separate underlying processes from team requests, identifying TKO-wide patterns versus genuinely local workflows.
  • Analyze requests from multiple business units to identify common capabilities worth building as verified core assets.
  • Provide recommendations on where to concentrate efforts: which capabilities justify a verified central build, which justify a single-business build, and which teams should build themselves.
  • Maintain a live picture of workflow coverage across TKO, identifying processes with verified capabilities, those solved locally, and opportunities to promote proven patterns.
  • Build and maintain a pattern library including templates, worked examples, reference instruction sets, and annotated examples of what works and why.
  • Publish the logic for what belongs in the verified core versus what teams should build themselves.
  • Run agent-building working sessions to transfer capability to teams, aiming for shipped or near-shipped agents.
  • Ensure the verified core is extensible, allowing teams to build on existing verified skills or projects.
  • Solve discovery issues for the agent catalogue, ensuring agents are surfaced, named, described, and ranked appropriately.
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices by packaging well-solved problems into the library and promoting them to the verified core when they generalize.
  • Design and deliver hands-on agent-building training for business unit users and champions.
  • Build training curriculum from real builds and actual team workflows.
  • Teach teams to build for themselves, including when to extend verified assets.
  • Hand over training framework and materials to the change and enablement team for repeat delivery.
  • Produce day-one and role-based starting-point content for new cohorts.
  • Assess team readiness to build independently and identify necessary changes.
  • Maintain a view of the verified core and upcoming items, including notable BU-built assets.
  • Provide a clear path for teams to surface workflow demand, used as input for prioritization.
  • Ensure decisions are traceable, documenting what was built, declined, and why.
  • Issue a short weekly written update on shipped items, blockers, and needed decisions.
  • Maintain a live action log for build commitments with owners and dates.
  • Come to reviews with recommendations and tradeoffs.
  • Surface risk early enough for planning.
