This position will be located in one of the following locations: Palmdale, CA / Edwards AFB, CA / Mojave, CA / Redondo Beach, CA / El Segundo, CA / San Diego, CA / Patuxent River, MD / Emerado, ND / Oklahoma City, OK. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Test & Evaluation Engineering directorate.
Requirements
- Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2027.
- Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM degree.
- Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite). Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.
- Be completing or has completed their Master’s degree from an accredited institution or is completing their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 2 years of Aeronautical engineering experience by August 2027.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test aerospace systems and specialty test equipment, taking into consideration the most efficient use of the natural laws affecting flight.
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of test activities to ensure safe, efficient, effective operations.
- Analyze test data, resolve anomalies, and communicate results and status to internal and external stakeholders.
