The company has over 400 employees across 8 offices and is experiencing significant growth. The Associate Engagement Lead - Analytics will work with complex data sets to help clients solve challenges, improve business performance, manage risk, and develop data-driven strategies. The role involves data analysis and integration, solution development, data quality and benchmarking, and client collaboration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in healthcare/pharma consulting, with at least 2 years in the U.S. market.
• Strong educational background in engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with excellent academic performance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Experienced in generating IC reports, scorecards, and HQ reports with accuracy and compliance.
• Skilled in identifying reporting needs, suggesting improvements, and communicating findings to both internal and client teams.
• Creative and analytical problem-solver who works effectively with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of datasets such as LAAD, DDD, XPO, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the integration and analysis of data from various sources, generating actionable insights and creating high-quality data repositories for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement data-driven solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Assist and support in establishing data quality benchmarks and implementing processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist and support in aligning data initiatives with client goals by participating in meetings, gathering requirements, sharing insights, and providing technical support.
