The Veterans Transition Program is a six-month program designed to support veterans in transitioning to the civilian workforce at BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager. Participants will join teams, gain an understanding of BlackRock's operations, receive training and mentorship, and have exposure to senior leaders. Upon successful completion, participants will be offered permanent employment. The Employee Compliance Policy & Advisory team establishes and oversees compliance requirements for employee-related activities, advises employees on these requirements, and works with various departments to foster a culture of integrity and compliance. As an Associate in this team, you will support the administration, monitoring, and enhancement of employee compliance programs, review employee disclosures, assess conflicts of interest, support surveillance, and provide policy guidance.
