About The Position

The Boeing Company, specifically Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E), is seeking an Associate Electrical Design Engineer to join the Environmental Test Design Engineering team in Berkeley, MO. This role involves designing electrical interfaces and connections, and supporting the fabrication and installation of test articles and fixtures. The design work includes developing and specifying connections between test articles/aircraft subsystems and control hardware, necessary power supplies, facility controls, infrastructure (such as pressure, heating/cooling, power, hydraulics), and any intermediate electrical hardware like terminal blocks and break-out boxes. Responsibilities also extend to providing electrical design support for instrumentation and data system connections, with required support during fabrication, installation, and check-out to ensure a fully ready-for-test configuration. The position primarily supports St. Louis Environmental Lab testing for local Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) programs, utilizing capabilities such as vibrational/structural dynamics, acoustic, airflow systems, fuel flow systems, high temperature flow impingement, and environmental control chambers. Boeing St. Louis is focused on building the future of aerospace with innovative solutions for military aircraft and weapons programs.
