About The Position

Woodside Bible Church is seeking a mission-driven Associate Director for the Warren Campus to assist the Campus Pastor in advancing the vision and direction of the church. This role helps ensure that the mission, values, and strategy of Woodside are lived out through strong volunteer leadership, effective assimilation processes, and healthy ministry systems. The Associate Director plays a key leadership role in helping people move from attending to active engagement through serving, small groups, baptism, and membership. This individual will also support the development of ministry teams and operational systems that help the campus thrive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (business, leadership, or ministry-related field preferred); advanced degree in theology, leadership, or biblical studies desired.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in church, nonprofit, or organizational management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build systems, and foster ministry growth.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills.
  • Clear pastoral gifting with the ability to shepherd, teach, and counsel biblically.
  • Alignment with the theology, mission, and ministry philosophy of Woodside Bible Church.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for weekend ministry teams (First Impressions, Security, Ushers, Café, Parking, and Counting teams), including volunteer recruitment, training, and culture-building.
  • Lead the assimilation and Next Steps pathway, helping guests and attenders connect through baptism, membership, serving opportunities, and groups.
  • Oversee and develop the Groups Ministry, recruiting and equipping group leaders and increasing engagement in small groups.
  • Support the Campus Pastor in strategic planning, ministry alignment, and staff leadership.
  • Provide pastoral care and relational leadership for volunteers and congregants.
  • Lead and support local outreach initiatives and partnerships, including community service opportunities.
  • Help oversee campus operations and systems, including facilities coordination, budget oversight for assigned ministries, and project support.
