About The Position

The Oncology Organized Customer Access and Reimbursement (OCAR) team at our company is essential for ensuring patient access to our medicines, a key strategic pillar for the organization. Our Market Access team analyzes population demographics and develops innovative solutions to improve access to our Oncology portfolio. As educators and advocates, we engage with stakeholders across payers, providers, channels, and policies to enhance the value of our medicines and support profitable access. As part of the OCAR team, the Associate Director New Product Payer Marketing will assist in development and execution of market access strategies for Intismeran Autogene. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and strategic individual to help shape the market access strategy for Intismeran, a new pipeline product being developed with our alliance partner. The individual will be a key member of our OCAR New Products team, helping to drive the development and execution of our provider and site-of-care strategy for this exciting new asset. Additionally, the role will include contributing to projects on discount/contracting assumptions, specialty distributor integration and orchestration, value messaging, evidence generation, resource development, field training, and asset and future indication launch planning and execution. The Associate Director will collaborate with our alliance partner, as cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders, including US and global Intismeran Marketing teams, OCAR Policy team, Integrated Account Management (IAM) organization, Global Access, Finance, IT, and our Company's Research & Development Division value evidence teams, to ensure transparency and alignment on access opportunities and challenges from early development through launch readiness. The Oncology OCAR team is a collaborative and results-oriented group dedicated to ensuring patients have access to our company innovative oncology therapies. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of (5) years combined experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Marketing Customer Management, Managed Care or Sales
  • Build capabilities through the creation and maintenance of modeling, research, dashboards, and analysis supporting early product access
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proactive self-starter capable of addressing complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Skilled in managing change, anticipating risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with senior management, cross-functional teams and external partners wile fostering inclusivity and perspectives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledgeable about healthcare trends and policy issues and their impact on business opportunities

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • AD Level of Marketing or Managed Care/Payer Marketing or Account Management
  • Experience in Oncology (IV and/or Oral), including precision/individualized medicine
  • Experience with our company promotional review process (PRT), new product launches and launch planning processes

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of access strategies, including: Value messaging, Evidence generation, Customer-facing resource development, Contracting options across segments, including value-based approaches, Distribution & specialty pharmacy, Organized customer segmentation & site-of-care, Provider access & reimbursement, Patient access & affordability, Impact of federal and state legislative policy
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (account leads, medical affairs, brand marketing, global marketing & access teams, pricing, regulatory, compliance, legal, etc.) and external partners (agencies, etc.) to aid in the development of US market access strategy
  • Create and implement innovative marketing materials to support engagement with organized customers and formulary decision makers at launch and throughout Intismeran’s life cycle
  • In collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, develop internal materials and trainings to ensure launch readiness, including any future operational changes and new indications
  • Partner cross-functionally with US and global teams (Access, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, and V&I Outcomes Research) to identify evidence gaps and align on access opportunities, evidence generation, and launch readiness.
  • Aid in aligning finance inputs for annual and long-term forecasting of new products
  • Build capabilities through the creation and maintenance of modeling, research, dashboards, and analysis supporting early product access
