The university’s Ethics and Compliance Office provides a fast-paced, highly visible, risk-focused environment for an individual with solid organizational and communication skills and experience. As a member of the University’s Ethics and Compliance Office reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”), the Associate Director, University Compliance, serves as the primary administrative and operations lead for the University’s Ethics and Compliance Office managing budget, purchasing, payroll, website, strategic planning, and human resources functions on behalf of the department. This role also provides substantive support for Youth Protection, helpline and case management, and preparation and execution of materials for the Board of Trustees, coordinating with program leads in those areas. Performs other duties as assigned by the CCO and Executive Director, Ethics and Compliance.
