This newly formed business unit centralizes and scales Lilly’s direct-to-employer (DTE) access models, benefit design innovation, and employer-focused engagement, particularly for obesity and cardiometabolic medications. As the Employer Technical Product Manager, you will drive the execution and delivery of data and technology capabilities that power this transformation. You’ll work at the intersection of employer data analytics, benefit administration, partner integrations, and platform development to build innovative solutions that enable Lilly’s employer engagement strategy across the full lifecycle — from coverage acquisition through evidence generation and long-term retention. As part of the Lilly Value & Access (LVA) team within Tech@Lilly USA, you’ll get to be part of incredible opportunities across the full employer engagement lifecycle — from identifying and qualifying employer prospects, to driving utilization and coverage adoption, generating real-world evidence of value, and building lasting employer relationships.
