About The Position

The Associate Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading high-volume, agent-level recruiting across assigned programs and locations. This role ensures hiring targets are achieved on time while maintaining a strong focus on candidate quality, operational readiness, compliance, and candidate experience. The Associate Director will lead recruiting teams, manage hiring ramps, monitor pipeline performance, and partner closely with Operations, Training, HR, and Workforce Management to ensure recruiting strategies align with business and client needs. This is a Temporary role based in the US.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with significant experience in high-volume recruiting.
  • 3+ years of experience leading recruiting teams or recruiting operations.
  • Experience supporting high-volume frontline or agent-level hiring; BPO/contact center experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large hiring ramps and deliver against aggressive hiring targets and timelines.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting funnels, conversion metrics, workforce planning, sourcing strategies, and hiring analytics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing hiring priorities.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for high-volume, agent-level hiring across assigned programs and locations.
  • Manage and develop recruiting leaders, recruiters and coordinators to consistently achieve hiring goals.
  • Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, Training, and HR to understand hiring forecasts, class requirements, start dates, and candidate profiles.
  • Develop recruiting plans and sourcing strategies to support ongoing hiring as well as large-scale ramps and new program launches.
  • Monitor daily and weekly hiring performance, including pipeline volume, interviews, offers, background checks, start rates, hiring attainment, and candidate fall-off.
  • Identify potential hiring gaps and risks early and implement recovery plans to ensure hiring commitments are met.
  • Ensure recruiting teams maintain sufficient candidate pipelines based on hiring forecasts and anticipated conversion rates.
  • Establish clear recruiter productivity and performance expectations and hold teams accountable for results.
  • Analyze recruiting data and trends to identify opportunities to improve speed, efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes.
  • Partner with Operations and Training to monitor new-hire performance and early attrition and incorporate feedback into recruiting strategies.
  • Ensure job postings, screening criteria, assessments, and interview processes accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of agent-level roles.
  • Drive sourcing strategies through job boards, employee referrals, community partnerships, hiring events, social media, internal sourcing teams, and recruiting vendors.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, hiring procedures, and applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of recruiting technology, automation, and standardized processes.
  • Provide regular hiring updates, performance metrics, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
