About The Position

The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the organization's talent acquisition strategy, executive recruitment, employer branding, recruiting technology, and talent acquisition operations. This role partners closely with business and HR leaders to develop scalable hiring strategies that support organizational growth, strengthen the employer brand, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The Director will lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals while driving innovation, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making across the function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years leading recruiting teams and programs.
  • Experience developing and implementing enterprise recruiting strategies in a complex, multi-location organization.
  • Proven success leading executive search and partnering with senior leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS, CRM, recruiting analytics, and emerging recruiting technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, improve processes, and drive business results through talent acquisition.

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
  • Partner with senior leaders to anticipate talent needs, provide market insights, and build proactive recruiting plans.
  • Lead executive recruiting efforts and serve as a trusted advisor on leadership hiring and talent strategies.
  • Oversee, develop, and coach a high-performing talent acquisition team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive recruiting process optimization and leverage technology, automation, and AI solutions to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract and engage top talent.
  • Utilize recruiting analytics, workforce data, and hiring metrics to identify trends, measure performance, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Champion an inclusive hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and external talent partners to build diverse talent pipelines and support organizational growth.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies across all recruiting activities.
