The College of Integrative Sciences and Arts (CISA) seeks a dynamic and collaborative Associate Director of Student Lifecycle Engagement to join the Academic Strategy and Student Experience Team (ASSET). The Associate Director will develop, coordinate, and advance college-wide engagement strategies that strengthen alumni connection, constituent engagement, career transition, development alignment, and long-term affiliation with CISA. Serving as a thought partner and strategic connector, the Associate Director will collaborate across ASSET, School Directors, faculty leaders, development and alumni partners, and other university stakeholders to build a coordinated approach to student and alumni engagement. This position will help connect student experiences, alumni participation, employer relationships, philanthropic opportunities, and school-level priorities to strengthen student success, applied learning, career transition, and lifelong affiliation with CISA. CISA is an interdisciplinary, multi-campus college with a strong emphasis on applied and experiential learning. As one of three liberal arts colleges at ASU, CISA offers foundational and professional education spanning the humanities, social and natural sciences, mathematics, and career-connected fields, equipping students with the knowledge and transferable skills needed to engage and contribute locally, nationally, and globally. This position is based on the Polytechnic campus and requires travel to CISA’s other ASU campus locations and surrounding communities to support meetings, events, partnerships, and college-wide engagement activities.
