You will have an opportunity to engage and learn across multiple lines of business and actively work alongside relevant stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Analytics, and Corporate Development. You will report to the Head of Strategy and have significant exposure to the Tripadvisor Group executive leadership team.

Requirements

3-5+ years experience in Strategy roles operating within a top-tier consulting firm with a strong command of the analytical, financial, and strategic problem-solving toolkit
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with excellent stakeholder management
An organized, proactive self-starter; able to identify what needs to get done, then willing and able to make it happen
Ability to embrace change and balance multiple priorities - with strong instincts for and ability to focus on what matters most
Distinctive written and verbal communication skills - able to synthesize complex topics into clear statements, presentation materials, and plans
Passion for travel and the role Tripadvisor can play for travelers and our partners
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work.
Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset

Responsibilities

Supporting and driving robust strategy efforts for key areas of the business to determine traveler/partner/market needs, understand competitive positioning, identify potential paths forward, and set the right strategy for Tripadvisor
Driving quarterly
Working with teams to execute by ensuring necessary resourcing and a clear understanding of roles, metrics, milestones, and activities
Facilitating the performance management cadence to ensure progress across all metrics and milestones, and create transparency into status, barriers, etc.
Supporting strategy team leaders and key business leaders as they execute the plan for each initiative to overcome barriers, solve problems, re-allocate resources, and adjust as needed based on internal and external factors
