About The Position

UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Scrum Master, Payments Money Movement in Weehawken, NJ. This role involves working with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the product team to develop a functional understanding of the banking domain, focusing on money movement platforms. The individual will use technical knowledge, judgment, and creativity to guide the team in implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) processes with automated build quality checks. They will also guide areas of the organization in successful Agile transformation using the Scrum framework, support the product team in structuring and writing effective user stories, capturing upfront acceptance tests, and running requirements review and estimation workshops. The role requires ensuring the status of all product backlog items are captured in JIRA and GitLab, building dashboards to show product increment status, and utilizing Confluence for transparency of product artifacts. The position can be worked on a hybrid basis (In-office/remote).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Consultant, Associate, or related occupation.
  • Experience with JIRA; Microsoft Project; GitLab; SharePoint
  • Experience with Confluence; Microsoft Visio or Gliffy; JSON
  • Experience with Oracle, MySQL, or MS-SQL; Eclipse or IntelliJ
  • Experience with Tableau or PowerBi; Microsoft Azure or AWS
  • Experience with Postman; Waterfall; Scrum or Kanban; Scaled agile framework (SAFe); Enterprise Architecture
  • Requires Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner Certifications.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Consultant, Associate, or related occupation in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience.

Responsibilities
