IQVIA’s AI & Technology Solutions (ATS) organization is establishing a dedicated Sales Enablement function to accelerate growth, improve go-to-market effectiveness, and enable a more integrated, value-led commercial story across its technology portfolio. The Associate Director of Sales Enablement will build and lead this function from the ground up. This leader will sit at the intersection of Product Management, Marketing, and Sales, translating complex product capabilities into clear business value, repeatable sales motions, and high-impact enablement assets. This role is critical to enabling a unified, value-led commercial story for AI & Technology Solutions, improving sales effectiveness, and accelerating growth across the portfolio.
