About The Position

Help make our medicines and vaccines more accessible to patients within our Patient Access team. By joining our team, you’ll have the opportunity to be in the heart of the action in support of our mission to save and improve lives across Canada. As an Associate Director Reimbursement Strategy, you’ll lead a cross-functional team to develop a strategic plan to maximize reimbursement potential with public and private payers for assigned brands in the portfolio. You will lead development of Canada-specific value dossiers and submissions to support adding products to public, private and/or hospital formularies. You will collaborate with HEOR colleague to develop various submission strategies and prepare required submission documents. You will collaborate with colleagues in Field Access and Medical Affairs to minimize listing time and maximize coverage. You will contribute to the development of optimal pricing strategy, in collaboration with colleagues from Pricing, Finance and HEOR. You will cross-functionally collaborate on the development of negotiation strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor degree in life sciences, business, economics or health policy/public health.
• Seven to ten years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferably access).
• Fluency in French is required.
