About The Position

This role is responsible for regional marketing efforts, focusing on brand strategy, physician discussions, and compliant collaboration with various teams. The position requires providing key customer insights, supporting the execution of advisory boards, and engaging with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). The specialist will also be involved in identifying and developing HCP speakers, ensuring compliant execution of speaker programs, and contributing to the development and execution of home office brand strategy within the regions. The role emphasizes working with the highest degree of professionalism and in accordance with all applicable policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Working with cross-functional teams to provide key customer insights and input on strategy, tactics, messaging, and program execution.
  • Supporting the execution of approved Advisory Boards, including identification and engagement of HCP consultants.
  • Facilitating, participating in, and attending advisory boards.
  • Supporting disease state and approved product conversations focused on key topics utilizing approved promotional messaging and PReP approved materials.
  • Engaging with assigned TLs and soliciting feedback.
  • Participating in and attending Congresses and other industry meetings.
  • Conducting 1:1 meetings with HCPs.
  • Attending meeting sessions at congresses.
  • Providing input and support in developing account plans for Sales Speaker Management and Engagement.
  • Identifying and developing HCP Speakers to provide high-quality compliance promotional education.
  • Providing refresher and follow-up training to Speakers on PReP-approved Speaker materials.
  • Hosting and ensuring appropriate and compliant execution of branded and unbranded Speaker programs in compliance with BMS guiding principles.
  • Monitoring Speaker performance at live Programs for the purpose of evaluating speaker effectiveness and capabilities.
  • Works with home office Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to provide key customer insights and input on strategy, tactics, and messaging, and program execution.
  • Assists in the development of Home Office Brand Strategy and in the execution of the strategy in the Regions.
