The Associate Regional Account Director (ARAD), Oncology is focused on driving key account strategy and unlocking growth opportunities for select products of our Oncology portfolio in their area’s IDNs, hospitals, and large, complex community accounts. The ARAD will identify key customer issues & opportunities, build account plans and execute those plans via a coordinated cross-functional approach. The ARAD will provide support to key accounts for clinical, operational and financial aspects of our products. The goal is to be perceived as a partner of choice by our customers. The span of coverage will be Philadelphia. Travel up to 50% within the territory. The candidate must be domiciled within the territory and preferably within the Greater Philadelphia area as that is the center of the territory.
