The Associate Director, US Marketing, Hematology, will develop and implement brand strategies and execution plans for Genmab’s first hematology asset, EPKINLY. This critical role will report to the Director of EPKINLY HCP Marketing and will be expected to work closely with the US Marketing Team, EPKINLY cross-functional teams, and EPKINLY Alliance collaboration partners. Success in this role will require strong leadership, realizing strategic and tactical synergies, Follicular Lymphoma leadership, and pan-indication brand activities. Overall, this individual will be an important leader on the brand team, driving strong alignment and partnership with cross-functional and Alliance collaboration partners. Success in this role will require strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, oncology/hematology (w/ recent launch) experience (highly preferred), and a proven record of accomplishment operating in an emerging/developing organization.
