About The Position

We are seeking an Associate Director, Product Management, Buyer Solutions with programmatic advertising experience to join our growing team. The Associate Director is responsible for driving and implementing product strategy for our Agentic-driven buy-side planning and delivery initiatives within our buyer solutions offerings. This role involves balancing ongoing new feature development with the modernization of existing technology to support a next-gen agentic-focused platform for media buyers. The ideal candidate has experience managing product delivery for platforms with dependencies across multiple teams and is interested in solving challenges in an evolving ecosystem of GenAI-based industry disruption. The responsibilities include creating the vision, strategy, design, and execution for their area in the product portfolio, supporting all aspects of product success, acting as an authority on buyer media transaction and platform usage, performing competitive analysis, supporting and communicating a clear product roadmap, and collaborating with stakeholders to determine feature prioritization and manage the development backlog.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience - preferably in Ad Tech
  • Recent experience working with DSPs, SSPs or other programmatic platforms within the digital media space spanning web, mobile, and connected TV
  • Familiarity with the OpenRTB protocol and more general technical concepts such as APIs
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership track record
  • Fast learner, curious problem solver, and team player
  • Exceptional client communication and interaction skills, including the ability to communicate with client and business teams to gather and validate requirements.

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience working in media trading desks and agencies is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of product success, including identifying product opportunities, gathering requirements, defining specifications and key metrics, and working closely with engineering, commercial teams, and product marketing to ensure goals are met
  • Be the authority on how buyers transact and use our media buying platform agentically by collecting and synthesize feedback from our clients and internal teams
  • Perform competitive analysis and use insights gained to drive prioritization decisions
  • Support and communicate a clear product roadmap to clients, internal teams, and company executives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine feature prioritization and manage the development backlog
