Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience during which own portfolio of clients has been managed.
  • Hold a relevant qualification such as STEP, ACCA or equivalent.
  • Have significant experience in a client facing role, particularly with high net worth clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • A strong team player.
  • Ability to work to deadlines without supervision.
  • Strong supervisor skills and ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities

  • To use extensive knowledge to identify and provide a range of complex client solutions to clients.
  • Reviewing and approving payments as an A signatory.
  • Reviewing and approving board resolutions/minutes as an A signatory under the Praxis client signing arrangements.
  • Ensuring internal policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Identify, recommend and provide advice and guidance on potential business improvements to directors/senior management.
  • Liaising with internal departments on complex legal, accounting, and taxation matters.
  • Liaison with the clients and intermediaries both by telephone and in writing, on complex matters.
  • To assist with the training of the team members with complex queries/problems.
  • Attend and conduct performance and objective reviews.
  • Oversee the management of the team.
  • Maintain and grow a complex client portfolio to support the expansion of the team and business.
  • Ensure financial targets are met by the team as set by the business.
