As Associate Director, Patient Services, you will play a critical role in advancing our mission to transform the lives of patients living with severe autoimmune diseases. You will lead the delivery of an integrated and personalized patient experience, driving meaningful outcomes across diagnosis, treatment initiation, treatment fulfillment, adherence, and disease management. Reporting to the Director, Patient Services, you will lead the day-to-day management of the MyPATH® Patient Support Program, ensuring operational excellence, program sustainability, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, and Compliance, to deliver a best-in-class experience for patients and healthcare providers while supporting the organization's strategic objectives. argenx Canada Inc (located in Vaughan, Ontario) is the Canadian subsidiary of argenx BV, headquartered in Ghent, Belgium.
