This role will build and lead our global partnership marketing program, owning how we show up in those ecosystems and how much value we derive from them. You will develop joint propositions and build integrated marketing programs with our most important technology partners, driving brand awareness and pipeline. You will secure co-investment, set the standard for partner marketing globally, and act as the internal champion for the function. You are a self-starter and a doer. You know how to harness the global marketing team when scale matters, and you know when to roll up your sleeves and ship the work yourself. Requirements

  • Residing in or ability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours.
  • Experience leading partner or alliance marketing in B2B technology or services.
  • Track record building programs that deliver both brand impact and pipeline.
  • Demonstrable success securing MDF and managing co-funded initiatives at scale.
  • Strong commercial mindset with clear understanding of how marketing drives revenue.
  • Hands-on operator who can execute directly when needed.
  • Confident influencer at senior level, both internally and within partner organizations.
  • Comfortable navigating a matrixed global organization with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strategic thinker who operates across the full partnership lifecycle.
  • Commercially disciplined with a clear focus on pipeline and revenue contribution.

Responsibilities

  • Build integrated marketing plans with priority technology partners covering brand awareness, demand generation, content, events and digital activation.
  • Connect partner marketing to brand strategy, messaging and commercial objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities across the partner ecosystem including co-funded programs, joint campaigns and shared go-to-market initiatives.
  • Partner with the Global Partner team and sellers on joint proposition development and partner-led growth plays.
  • Step in to support and run strategic activity with non-tech partners (for example global marketing activations with key industry analysts) where needed
  • Own senior marketing relationships within partners, acting as primary liaison.
  • Influence partner marketing priorities to ensure Concentrix receives prominent, high-quality visibility.
  • Define and maintain standards for how Concentrix presents itself across all partner touchpoints, including events, portals, co-branded materials and joint briefings.
  • Develop partner-specific messaging that resonates with each partner's buyer base while remaining firmly on-brand.
  • Position Concentrix as the partner of choice within key technology ecosystems.
  • Ensure demand generation programs have clear lead generation targets and structured follow-up.
  • Work with Sales and Account teams to align on target accounts, joint pursuit strategies and post-activity conversion.
  • Build repeatable processes for converting partner-sourced leads into qualified pipeline and closed revenue.
  • Proactively identify MDF and co-investment opportunities.
  • Build the business case for joint initiatives that secure partner budget and commitment.
  • Evaluate ROI continuously and reallocate investment where impact is greatest.
  • Establish governance frameworks, playbooks and quality standards for partner marketing across global, theater and regional teams.
  • Coordinate partner marketing activity across sales theaters, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
  • Support and upskill regional teams to deliver partner activity that meets brand and commercial standards.
  • Build visibility and advocacy for partner marketing across GTM, Sales, Account Management and senior leadership.
  • Use internal marketing channels to publicize partner activity and reinforce the commercial value of the function.
  • Educate and align Partnership teams globally on programs, standards and opportunities.
