About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Associate Director, Paid Social to lead activation for a global Enterprise B2B client. This role combines paid social expertise, client partnership, people leadership, platform knowledge, and data-informed decision-making. As the senior paid social activation lead, you will oversee campaign execution across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and other relevant platforms. You will help ensure media strategies are effectively translated into activation plans that drive measurable business outcomes. This role also includes coaching team members, strengthening client relationships, and collaborating with regional and cross-functional stakeholders across a complex global account.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
6 years of experience in paid social, digital media, performance marketing, or a related field.
Experience leading paid social activation for B2B organizations; Enterprise B2B experience is strongly preferred.
Expertise with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager, with experience using additional paid social platforms such as Reddit or similar channels.
Strong understanding of B2B audience strategy, campaign activation, optimization, measurement, and performance analysis.
Ability to translate business goals and performance data into strategic recommendations and actionable next steps.
Strong client leadership skills, with experience building relationships and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Experience leading, mentoring, or developing early-career team members in a collaborative environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and insights across complex datasets and campaign structures.
Effective communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across teams, markets, and time zones.
Experience working cross-functionally with strategy, analytics, creative, client services, and related disciplines.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting global Enterprise B2B paid social programs across North America, EMEA, and/or APAC.
Experience developing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics to support B2B demand generation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior paid social activation lead for a global Enterprise B2B client, providing both strategic and operational leadership.
Oversee paid social activation across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and other relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives, media strategies, and performance goals.
Provide guidance on audience strategy, campaign architecture, optimization, testing frameworks, measurement approaches, and platform best practices.
Translate business and marketing objectives into actionable paid social recommendations and activation plans.
Lead client discussions related to paid social strategy, campaign performance, optimization opportunities, and platform innovation.
Analyze campaign and market-level performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure reporting communicates business impact, key insights, and data-driven recommendations in addition to campaign performance metrics.
Lead, coach, and support Managers and Associates through ongoing feedback, development opportunities, and clear prioritization.
Maintain effective activation processes, quality assurance standards, workflows, and team operating procedures.
Partner closely with strategy, client services, analytics, creative, ad operations, and other cross-functional teams to support successful campaign delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders across North America, EMEA, APAC, and other regions to balance global consistency with local market needs.
Identify risks, resource needs, and operational challenges proactively and develop solutions to support campaign success.
Stay informed on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging B2B paid social opportunities, bringing relevant recommendations to clients and internal teams.
