The Associate Director, Paid Digital Media is responsible for leading the overall paid digital media strategy, planning, execution, and performance across the OptumRx marketing portfolio. This role provides strategic direction for media investments, develops data-driven marketing approaches, and ensures campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes while maximizing the effectiveness of media spend. As a hands-on leader, this role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop integrated media plans, guide campaign execution and optimization, and translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders. Success in this role requires solid leadership, the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, sound decision-making, and a collaborative approach to driving marketing strategy, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
