Responsibilities

  • Set goals for every client engagement within their pod.
  • Ensure that every client follows best practices across all channels and mediums, including LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Functional Content.
  • Understand moments of campaign approval and support strategists in gaining approval.
  • Ensure roadblocks are discussed in 1x1 conversations with Strategists and action plans are established to remove them.
  • Build structure, create a cadence, support proactively, and empower the team with clear and concise communication and expectation setting.
  • Achieve 100% NSM Attainment.
  • Maintain a CSAT score of 4.2+.
  • Achieve $150k in Bookings for each half of the year (total across pod for H1).
