Associate Directors are the most important people at Directive. They are directly responsible for both client and employee retention and their performance is directly reflected in our P&L.

Requirements

  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
  • Ability to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.
  • Reliable internet access.
  • Professional background.
  • Established and current work authorization and permanently reside in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Setting the goals for every client engagement in their pod.
  • Ensuring that every one of their client’s follows best practices across all channels and mediums.
  • Ensuring best practices in LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Functional Content.
  • Understanding moments of campaign approval and supporting strategists in earning a yes.
  • Ensuring roadblocks are a part of every 1x1 conversation with Strategists, and that an action plan is established to take down any roadblocks for the success of the strategy.
  • Building structure, creating a cadence, supporting proactively, and empowering the team with clear and concise communication + expectation setting.
  • Achieving NSM Attainment: 100%.
  • Achieving CSAT: 4.2+.
  • Achieving Bookings: $150k for each half of the year (total across pod for H1).
  • Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations.
