As Associate Director, Oncology Outcomes Research, you will lead high-impact health outcomes and real-world evidence work to define the value of medicines and accelerate patient access. Working at the center of an asset team, you will partner across medical, development, market access, and data science to shape strategy and deliver evidence that influences clinical practice and payer decisions. The role spans global and US markets and programs from early development through launch and lifecycle management. You will lead real-world studies and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) projects; support strategy development and execute the asset’s Global and US Regional health outcomes plan; communicate findings through scientific congresses and peer-reviewed publications; and help ensure scientific quality and compliance for sponsored research. You will also translate research into practical resources for field teams, manage external partners and budgets, and monitor disease-area, competitive, health-system, and reimbursement developments to guide evidence priorities. The position averages a minimum of three days per week in the office, with flexibility, and requires 10–15% travel. The annual base pay range is US $151,227 to $226,840. The position is eligible for short-term incentive bonuses and, for salaried roles, equity-based awards. Benefits include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (including vacation, holidays, and leaves), and health, dental, and vision coverage, subject to applicable plan terms.
