About The Position

We are actively seeking a visionary and results-driven Associate Director of Omni Channel E-Commerce to spearhead our digital growth strategy. This role will oversee a $50M+ business spanning emerging platforms like TikTok Shops, retailer websites, and future brand-owned sites. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, navigating complex e-commerce ecosystems, and identifying transformative distribution opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to innovate, build partnerships, and optimize P&L performance while unlocking new paths for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in ecommerce leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large-scale ecommerce operations.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy including emerging platforms such as TikTok Shops, retailer.coms, and brand-owned sites.
  • Define the growth strategy for each channel, tailored to consumer behavior, market trends, and brand positioning.
  • Develop a channel strategy that is differentiated, brand and consumer-centric with a focus on growth and profitability.
  • Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation.
  • Full ownership of the ecommerce P&L, with responsibility for delivering net revenue targets and managing profitability.
  • Analyze financial performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotions, and discounting policies to maximize revenue and margin.
  • Oversee operations across TikTok Shops, retailer.coms, and future brand websites, ensuring seamless consumer experiences.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with retailer and digital platform partners to drive sales and improve visibility.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with retail partners to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Lead efforts to explore, evaluate, and launch new e-commerce opportunities, including innovative distribution models and untapped markets.
  • Research and assess potential partnerships, digital marketplaces, and alliances to expand reach and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies for new platforms or channels.
  • Partner with analytics, marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Represent the e-commerce function in senior leadership forums, providing insights, progress updates, and recommendations.
