Associate Director of Stadium Events – Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium
About The Position
The Associate Director of Stadium & Events is responsible for supporting external event coordination, partnership engagement, parking operations, and stadium event logistics for Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium. Reporting directly to the Director of Stadium Events, this position assists with venue utilization initiatives, event development, and operational coordination while maintaining strong relationships with community, corporate, and external partners. Approximately 40% of this role focuses on event and partnership coordination, including collaboration with the Memphis Chamber of Commerce, Memphis Sports Council, Liberty Park, University of Memphis departments, tourism agencies, promoters, sponsors, and community organizations. Approximately 20% of this role focuses on coordinating parking operations at Liberty Park, including event parking logistics, traffic flow coordination, and collaboration with parking vendors and public safety personnel. The remaining responsibilities are evenly split between stadium operations support and event execution to ensure successful event delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
