Responsible for daily oversight of production control, production support and Buyers. This role involves ensuring adherence to safety regulations, planning and coordinating daily work, establishing and coordinating production schedules, capacity planning, and resource demand. The Associate Director will develop and manage an integrated master schedule, maintain a smooth flow of materials, integrate buyers and production support teams, and identify and assess risks that may impact the schedule. They will also develop, maintain, and report KPIs, collaborate with various teams to meet goals, and ensure adherence to local and federal regulations. Additionally, this role involves managing personnel actions, supervising employees, participating in strategic planning, and responding to incidents. The position operates in a normal production environment with potential exposure to noise, physical hazards, fumes, dust, mist, and sharp objects. Travel between facilities may be required.
