About The Position

The Associate Director of Partner Relations and Operations is a full-time, non-exempt position, reporting to the Dean of CCU Academy. The Associate Director supervises the CCU Academy Representatives, Operations Coordinator, and administrative assistants, while overseeing the administrative and system processes of CCU Academy, as well as recruitment and partner relations. The Associate Director has excellent leadership and organizational abilities and strives to create an atmosphere that is conducive to working as a team while defining, implementing, and revising operational policies and guidelines for CCU Academy. The Assistant Director is responsible for all the procedures and processes that are used daily to ensure that the Academy operates successfully, promoting business growth by maximizing effective procedures and relationships within the university, partner schools, students, and families.

Requirements

  • Master's degree required; education, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in secondary education (high school) or higher education.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create processes and procedures to improve program effectiveness.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans; open to new ideas and collaborates/communicates well with peers within administration and academics.
  • Familiarity with database systems and technologies used within higher and secondary education.
  • Excellent technological skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Filebound, Colleague, and Adobe Pro.
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously to meet challenging deadlines with excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to CCU's mission: Christ-centered higher education transforming students to impact the world with grace and truth. In this role, the Partner Relations Manager contributes to the mission by promoting Christ-centered higher education and by exemplifying Christ as they create relationships with prospective students, their parents, and other institutions.
  • Supervise a team of CCU Academy Representatives, providing training, coaching, and leadership skills to the team. Ability to solve problems and provide guidance for travel planning, course file management, customer service protocol, communication protocol, troubleshooting issues, etc.
  • Supervise and support CCU Academy Operations Coordinator and administrative assistants, providing oversight for the full CCU Academy operations team, including building processes and procedures for dual credit grades, transcripts, and registration and implementing creative and practical solutions to increase productivity and maximize overall success.
  • Work closely with the Dean of CCU Academy in strategic planning and execution.
  • Work with the Dean of CCU Academy to establish revenue goals, recruitment strategy plans, etc. Responsible for managing and executing tasks to reach goals, as well as setting and meeting enrollment goals for the CCU Academy, by establishing yearly goals and recruitment opportunities for each region.
  • Oversee reporting, while collaborating with the CCU Academy Operations Coordinator and data analytics team to ensure consistent reporting that meets the needs of internal stakeholders. Report findings to the Dean of CCU Academy
  • Provide support and clear communication to the Associate Registrar regarding building and scheduling dual credit and dual enrollment courses, processing dual credit grades and troubleshooting transcript errors, as well as business practices of dual credit, online dual enrollment, and A.A. in Liberal Arts track for partner high schools.
  • Work closely with and collaborate with various departments including, but not limited to, CUS Admissions, Information Technology, Registrar's Office, CAGS, LDC, Accounting, and Student Life, as to foster communication and policy development with other university departments as needed.
  • Work with the Dean of CCU Academy to manage partner relations recruitment and travel budget for the fiscal year.
  • The Associate Director may travel periodically for recruitment and training purposes, promoting the CCU Academy. Travel may include program representation as a convention exhibitor, school visits, evaluations, and school presentations.
  • Other duties in support of recruitment and partner relations, as assigned by the Dean of CCU Academy
