Reproductive Freedom for All (Formerly NARAL Pro-Choice America) is seeking an Associate Director of Organizing, Michigan Campaigns. This role is responsible for developing and executing a statewide organizing plan, managing all aspects of the campaign’s organizing program, including managing Organizers, GOTV, and Election Day activities. The Associate Director will lead the design and execution of a comprehensive statewide organizing plan to engage and mobilize voters, directly manage and support Organizers across Michigan, and collaborate with state and national leadership to strengthen organizing efforts, track progress through data systems, and ensure effective communication and alignment on key goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced campaign organizer with at least 2 cycles of field and staff management experience, skilled in VAN, GSuite, and volunteer recruitment and training. They will bring strong organizational and leadership abilities, a collaborative and goal-oriented work style, and a deep commitment to equity and cross-cultural awareness. They possess extensive knowledge of the Michigan organizing landscape and are flexible to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed to meet campaign goals. This position will be located in the metro Detroit area and require both remote and in-person work. The position reports to the Director of Michigan Campaigns and directly supervises Michigan Organizers. This Position Is: Full-Time, Exempt, Non-union, Temporary through January 15, 2027 with the possibility to extend. Salary: $90,000 - $130,000.
