The Associate Director of Financial Aid administers and oversees the packaging and disbursement of federal, state, and institutional financial aid in compliance with applicable regulations. This role manages key operational functions, including eligibility determination, verification, Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), and Return of Title IV (R2T4), ensuring accurate and timely processing. The Associate Director supports regulatory compliance through interpretation of federal and state guidelines, participation in audits and program reviews, and continuous process improvement. The position also leads to the maintenance and optimization of the Anthology student information system and financial aid modules, including system setup, upgrades, and data integrations. Additional responsibilities include oversight of state aid programs, supervision and training of staff, management of data exchanges with external agencies, and leadership of default prevention and financial literacy initiatives.
