The Josef Korbel School of Global and Public Affairs Office of Enrollment, Marketing and Communications is responsible for graduate recruitment, admissions, enrollment strategy, scholarship coordination, and student communications for the School's graduate programs. The office manages prospective student engagement from prospect through enrollment and works in partnership with the University of Denver Office of Graduate Enrollment and other campus partners to support student success and institutional enrollment goals. In addition, the office supports recruitment and yield efforts for undergraduate programs within the Korbel School and collaborates closely with academic departments, faculty, marketing, and university stakeholders. Position Summary The Associate Director of Enrollment Operations and Recruitment manages enrollment operations, CRM strategy, stakeholder engagement, funnel management, and recruitment initiatives that support graduate and undergraduate enrollment goals. This role serves as a primary administrator of Slate and is responsible for managing enrollment communications, recruitment workflows, data reporting, partnership development, and operational processes that guide prospective students from inquiry through enrollment. The Associate Director supports and implements strategies to improve enrollment funnel performance, evaluate recruitment and event effectiveness, strengthen stakeholder and partner relationships, and enhance the prospective student experience. The position works collaboratively with academic and administrative partners across the University and actively represents the Korbel School through recruitment activities, partnership development, enrollment events, and enrollment planning.
