The Associate Director of Clinical Education (ADCE) will work closely with a clinical education team that includes the Director of Clinical Education (DCE), another ADCE, and the Clinical Training Manager to coordinate, advise, evaluate, and enhance the clinical education component of the curriculum. This may include, but is not limited to, soliciting and managing affiliation partnerships with new and existing clinical sites in the U.S. and abroad, performing site visits, advising students, enforcing policy, evaluating student performance, reviewing student and site feedback, communicating with clinical instructors and students, participating in accreditation processes, and administering other aspects of the clinical education program. The successful candidate will also be expected to teach in one or more content areas within the program, based on candidate experience and program needs. Additional responsibilities include scholarly activities, student advisement, directing student projects, curriculum development, and service to the community, profession, and all levels of the university. The successful candidate will be expected to work cooperatively with faculty and staff in the program, school, college, and university.
