The Bush School is seeking an Associate Director to assist the Director of the National Security Leadership Program. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader and strategic program administrator who will help shape and deliver premier leadership education for the next generation of U.S. Space Force guardians. In this highly visible role, you will serve as a trusted partner to military stakeholders and senior academic leaders to provide operational oversight, strategic direction, and organizational stewardship for the Captain’s Leadership Course. Acting as a key member of the program leadership team, you will lead instructor management, curriculum execution, and continuous improvement efforts while ensuring alignment with university, government, and mission requirements. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of leadership development experience and emotional intelligence while possessing the executive presence needed to build trust with senior officers and faculty.
