The Associate Director of Media & Advertising is responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of digital advertising and campaign operations across the Currently consumer-facing digital properties – including Currently.com, consumer email and portal experiences, and ATT.com. This role serves as the business lead for AT&T’s strategic partnership with Yahoo, owning joint monetization plans and ad stack performance. The Associate Director is also responsible for defining requirements for performance reporting and is a key stakeholder in consumer product operations. This position will lead advertising operations and reporting & analytics with a focus on improving average revenue per user, increasing user engagement, and driving advertising demand stability. This is a high-impact, results-oriented role that blends business leadership, partner management, and digital media expertise. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in ad monetization, campaign execution, ad stack development, and digital content strategy—along with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence both internal teams and external partners to optimize digital experiences.
