The Associate Director, Marketing role is responsible for advancing the lifecycle strategy for a Rare Disease therapy while driving growth within the current indication through high quality execution. A core focus is ensuring that evidence generation, strategic insights, and consistent cross channel messaging work together to reinforce the brand narrative and drive long term value. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer who can translate complex insights into clear decisions while also driving flawless execution across channels. This individual must bring a strong blend of long‑term strategic thinking and hands‑on marketing leadership to ensure the brand’s priorities are delivered with consistency, quality, and impact. This individual will collaborate closely with Marketing leads and cross-functional partners, including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Compliance, and Patient Access, to ensure all initiatives align with brand objectives and Xeris’ commitment to improving patients’ lives.
