As the company advances its oncology pipeline, including a personalized mRNA therapy intismeran autogene in collaboration with Merck, this role will play a critical part in launching Moderna’s first commercial therapeutic into the oncology market. Moderna is seeking an Associate Director, Oncology for its growing oncology portfolio. This role plays a key role in developing and scaling commercial capabilities, operational processes, and launch readiness activities to support successful oncology product launches and sustained growth. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, field execution, and operational excellence, ensuring that the organization is equipped with best-in-class tools, processes, and capabilities to compete in a complex and rapidly evolving market. The individual will play a central role in launch readiness, sales force effectiveness, and alliance integration, partnering cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access, and external collaborators.
